Job Description
- Responsible for the moral of all guards.
- Responsible for implements of Securitas security measurements.
- Prepares all reports needed about his team’s performance.
- Solving any conflicts within his team at the site.
- Protecting the customer properties according to the customer’s rules and regulations.
- Controls the attendance sheets of all security team.
- Training the guards at the site when necessary.
- Being all the time at the site to give supervision.
- Direct and control his team to improve their performance.
- Working as a link between operation manager and customer.
- Prepares the site plan (Shift, Duties).
- Carry out the operation instructions.
- Ensure that all the security team at the site is controlled, tidy, alert and willing to do their duties.
Job Requirements
- Ex- police or Military back ground is a MUST
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Leadership Skills
- Excellent in English
