Job Description
- Excellent hands-on capabilities. Able to visit regional customers and execute complex projects with minimal external assistance.
- Technical proficiency. Grow, lead and mentor a team of systems engineers and DBAs
- Technically manage the execution of complex cloud projects (data-center migration, BCDR, VDI...etc)
- Provide technical hands-on support and guidance to technical team members during trainings, projects and support activities
- Monitoring queues and assisting with daily goals and conducting quality control to reduce errors to improve procedures
- Establishing, recommending and implementing policies to ensure quality, timely and efficient design of customer oriented services.
- Handling customer escalations from a technical point of view
- Good command of English language, spoken and written. Good customer facing skills.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience
- Previous "Team Lead" experience
- Solid grasp of systems (Windows, Linux), Networking, Storage and Cloud concepts
- Solid hands-on experience with various Microsoft (and preferably Linux) server products
- Solid hands-on experience with various clouds (Azure, AWS) and datacenter migration projects
- Previous experience and certifications to be provided
- Good command of English language, spoken and written. Good customer facing skills.
