Main Duties:
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing & announcing them appropriately.
- Provide basic & accurate information in person & via phone/email.
- Update meeting rooms schedule.
- Keep updated records of office expenses & costs.
- Perform other duties such as filing, photocopying, arranging couriers.
- Responsible for air ticketing & hotels reservation.
Job Requirements
- Fresh Graduated.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Excellent English, other language will be a plus.
- Well organized.
