Job Description

  • Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
  • Support daily problems request's through the help disk telephone, emails, ticketing system
  • Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
  • Support central printer and photo copier’s equipment operation
  • Support Client SW / HW , Drivers Setup and modification
  • Support and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
  • Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the PC’s, Laptops …)
  • Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional specialized equipment
  • Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
  • Maintain inventory of all IT equipment.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree qualification like bachelor of Computer Science or Information Systems Or equivalent

2-5 year of relevant and good experience at the following specific skills:

  • IT Technical assistance and support.
  • Computer hardware, software and PC configuration and troubleshooting
  • Have a good command of English.
  • Have a good skills' for building relationships with colleagues at all levels
  • Quick understanding and identifying technical problems from customers.
  • Fast learning and delivering the required tasks in the proper time.
