Job Description
- Our initial candidate can reach goals by their deadlines.

- The main purpose of the job will be to set sales goals, and hire sales representatives.
- Oversee meeting the regional and local sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
- Identifying market trends and gaps, and building plans to meet them.
- Design a complete Umra package with competitive pricing in line with Marketing plan
- Execute Sales plan, Client visits, & operation follow up.
- Build client database and relationship
- Ensure best customer service – VIP.
- Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure proper follow up on closing sales calls.
- Track sales metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis.
- Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Meeting Sales Goals through Negotiation, meeting Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, & Market Knowledge
- Building a highly effective sales Team.
- Meet pre-determined revenue goals through trade marketing activities.
- Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications.
- Coach and develop direct reports.
Job Requirements
- Bs / Ms degree in business administration or a related field.
- Successful previous experience as sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Gender : Female
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Ability to manage multiple work streams and be a true collaborator across functional areas.
- Ability to build strong relationships and networks as well as influence a diverse group of decision makers across the organization.
