Job Description

  • Our initial candidate can reach goals by their deadlines.
  • They know what to do when performance deviates from plan, and executes corrective measures.
  • As well as ensuring that they are able to meet hiring quotas and surround themselves with good people.
  • The main purpose of the job will be to set sales goals, and hire sales representatives.
  • Oversee meeting the regional and local sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
  • Identifying market trends and gaps, and building plans to meet them.
  • Design a complete Umra package with competitive pricing in line with Marketing plan
  • Execute Sales plan, Client visits, & operation follow up.
  • Build client database and relationship
  • Ensure best customer service – VIP.
  • Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure proper follow up on closing sales calls.
  • Track sales metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis.
  • Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Meeting Sales Goals through Negotiation, meeting Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, & Market Knowledge
  • Building a highly effective sales Team.
  • Meet pre-determined revenue goals through trade marketing activities.
  • Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications.
  • Coach and develop direct reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bs / Ms degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Successful previous experience as sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Gender : Female
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams and be a true collaborator across functional areas.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and networks as well as influence a diverse group of decision makers across the organization.
