Job Description
- We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator responsible for conducting market research, producing promotional materials, overseeing 3rd party providers, and analyzing sales data.

Responsibilities
- Assists in determining the organization’s marketing goals
- Assists in drafting strategies to achieve such goals within the allocated budget.
- Conduct research to analyze customers’ behavior (e.g. purchasing habits, trends and preferences)
- Design and implement successful marketing campaigns
- Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities
- Track progress of 3rd party providers
- Identify and analyze competitors
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
- Collaborate with 3rd party providers to produce promotional materials
- Organize promotional activities for new project launches
- Manage press relations, speaking engagements, special events and community outreach activities.
Job Requirements
- Proven 2 – 3 years work experience as a Marketing Coordinator in the real estate industry
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
- Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, social media, and web analytics
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
