Job Description

  • Organizing and coordinating office operation and procedures and communicate with others.
  • Coordinating meetings, taking messages and prepare MOMs.
  • Answer telephones and handle in Appropriate manner.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning and translation.
  • Providing high-level administrative support for CEO.

Job Requirements

Job Requirement:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Males only.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge.
