- Organizing and coordinating office operation and procedures and communicate with others.
- Coordinating meetings, taking messages and prepare MOMs.
- Answer telephones and handle in Appropriate manner.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning and translation.
- Providing high-level administrative support for CEO.
