Job Description
- Property appraisal & pricing negotiation with clients.
- Conduct market research & performing Marketing & sales plans.
- Interview prospective clients and determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Coordinate appointments and accompany clients to property site.
- Initiate telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Maintaining good relations with costumers & effectively handles clients' complaints.
- Discuss terms & conditions of sale, closing Deals & finalizing the sale.
- Discuss available projects & units for prospected buyers.
- Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase and lease agreements if needed.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, exhibitions, and website
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
- Review property listings, trade journals, and attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.

Job Requirements
- High communication, presentation & negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software.
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
