Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly start up chain of Retail stores with new concept in egypt & be part of new , young & dynamic organisation .
Job responsibilities :
- Support sales & business staff daily and in ad hoc projects
- Create invoices , track & create customer payments & due invoices on time
- Call on vendors to check on orders , schduel deliveries & coordinate payments
- Schduel exuctive travels & staff meetings
- Attend vendor meetings with executives to log notes & manage presentation
- Work with clients to coordinate business plans & track contracts & schemes to ensure delivery against target
- Assess vendors prices & negotiate better deals to optimise costs
- Record daily financial transactions (data entry) and produce required financial reports
- Deliver required surveys from market upon request
- Manage store social media campaigns & develop store programs for promotions & activations and coordinate with vendors/companies to provide best offers
- Responsible for store magazine creation & coordination with all suppliers involved
