Job Description
- Develop sales strategy around Augmented Reality, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Automation & Advanced Analytics
- Responsible for working with customers to implement new business initiatives to drive strategic revenue in the IoT space
- Responsible for business forecasting and analysis on current/future trends
- Responsible for opportunity and account planning to identify new opportunities, managing their sales funnel, accurately forecasting their business, and closing new business
- Collaborate with customer executives, strategic partners, and internal Advansys ESC resources to develop IoT solutions that can be marketed to companies that are involved in the IoT market.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert sales representative by creating demand, building qualified opportunity pipeline, forecasting and closing business.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, advanced degree in business administration or marketing is a plus.
- 5 years of business to business sales experience in IT industry.
- 3 years of selling IoT services as lead salesperson or customer facing solutions engineer in various domains such as manufacturing, retail, smart cities, etc.
- Extensive Knowledge of the IoT echo-system including, Infrastructure, Systems, Cloud, Modules and Platforms.
- Good knowledge and passion with new technology trends and digital services such as augmented and virtual reality and artificial intelligence solutions.
- Demonstrated success of meeting sales targets.
- Strong customer facing skills such as presentation, communication, influencing and negotiation.
