Job Description
- Provides assistance with project management activities including gathering information from users and a variety of other sources and contributing to the entire project lifecycle.
- Attend client meetings and assist with the determination of project requirements.
- Compiles information for the development of schedules and timelines.
- Provides orientation and work direction to project team members as assigned by Project Manager.
- Analyze and summarize data to provide relevant information and/or recommendation for management decision-making.
- Maintains project documentation including logs and schedules and notifies Project Managers of variances from the project plan.
- Coordinates between all the various departments, peers and vendors, which are at work in a given project.
- Maintains confidentiality of computer reports and data, e.g., personal data, subscriber data, and financial data.
- Prepare project organization and communication charts.
- Gathers, documents and communicates task and overall project status on a weekly basis
- Performs duties as assigned/necessary which are related, or logical in assignment to the position
- Preparation of the content needed by the e-Marketing, legal, financial and Media departments.
- Perform Logistics tasks internally & externally to satisfy the dept. needs.
- Provides editorial support for documents generated within the Department, including organizing, re-formatting, etc.
- Provides general administrative support for Department personnel.
- Contributes to the preparation of presentations, contracts, documents as required within the Department
- Manage and coordinates department schedules, appointments and updates in a timely manner.
- May coordinate some activities as directed or assigned Project Managers & ESCC chairman.
Job Requirements
- Experience in ICT related projects.
- Excellent communications, organization and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools
- Very good command of English and Arabic languages.
- 5-8 years professional experience.
- Very good planning, organization, and coordination skills.
- Interpersonal team player skills as well as the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work cooperatively with a large group of people from different functional organizations.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong presentation skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
