Market Research - Client Service Executive

Job Scope includes:

• Client Relationship
• Manage the day to day relationship with clients (Maintain and grow a network of contacts at the client site) Maintain and develop smooth relationships with the Clients and manage proactively and sensitively these relationships.
• Work positively towards developing a trusting business relationship.
• Manage the practical/on the ground management of the delivery of the contracted service with respect to quality and speed
• Conduct account planning in support with line manager
• Responsible for identifying revenue opportunities and contributing to overall revenue targetImplementing client best practice and ways of working

Account Handling:

• Where appropriate have some management responsibility for account administration, coordinating upwards to Line Manager
• Be aware of contractual obligations and detail and manage any potential conflicts
• Proactively manage the communication pathway to senior support ensuring that they are kept up to date with client issues and developments
• Work with senior support to develop and execute account plans (e.g. additional analyses)

Analysis & Insight:

• Demonstrating insight to clientsTaking briefs from clients, and manage the production of proposals in response to brief
• Deliver presentations with recommendations that actively seek to meet the objectives of the client’s brief
