Job Description
- Developing and reviewing construction planning and monitoring progress of allocated project to ensure they are on schedule and within quality and cost estimates.
- Authorizing construction planning and on-site completion schedules and liaising with the Business Unit Head over completion dates for different phases of construction.
- Supervising and scheduling the activities of Site Engineers, Foremen and on-site purchasing and administrative staff to ensure coordination of the construction process.
- Manage and monitor the implementation of all health, safety and environmental management obligations and systems at the site.
- Ensure works are delivers as per contract agreements
Job Requirements
- 5 to 7 years' experience in construction( commercial & residential ) projects.
- English language (written and speaking) with good communication skills
- Able to represent the company in client meetings , have a leadership skills.
