Job Description
(Senior Corporate Sales/ Business Development Senior Specialist)
Job Description:
- Being part of TaherTree© as a “Senior Corporate Sales”;
- Your job description includes the main objective.
- Which is to work on achieving the monthly targets of acquiring new Accounts and handling all other related issues,
- This requires the following roles, and other tasks could be required later on:
Responsibilities toward Potential & Authorized Accounts:
- Setting a monthly list of targeted accounts within the assigned Area.
- Generating and maintaining various databases about them.
- Setting calls, appointments & meetings with them.
- Recording all required data & reporting them to the Commercial Director on weekly basis.
- Achieving the monthly plan of targeted No Authorized Accounts that is approved & reviewed by the commercial Director according to the company Roles & Policies.
- Following up the new accounts and cooperating with different Departments until start working and activate the agreements.
- Following up all signed agreements within the assigned sales Area and asking for renewing them of terminating them when needed.
- Training the indoor sales team in different sites within the assigned sales area & evaluating the performance of members at different sites and send feedback to the Regional Sales Manager / Commercial Director on weekly basis.
- Coordinating with Distributors and Sites owners for promotion activities.
- Reporting distributors’ requirements and complains to the Regional Sales Manager / Commercial Director in time.
- Coordination with TaherTree’s Customer Support Dept. for handling complaints and closing pending cases.
- Building, Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers at existing accounts within the assigned Area.
Responsibilities toward the Company Business Portfolio:
- Adding new services & products to the company business portfolio.
- Developing & maintaining relationships with current suppliers for our product& services.
- Cooperate with sales staff and getting continues feedback about the new products & services at our portfolio.
- Cooperate with sales staff and getting continues requests about the most required products & services at their sales sites & locations.
Responsibilities toward Line Manager’s instructions & Company’s polices:
- Attendance, Commitment, Appearance & Behavior issues.
Base:
- You will be based in Obour City - (The Company Head Office), and you will be responsible for Obour City & 10th of Ramadan.
Reporting:
- You will report to the Commercial Director as your responsibilities dictate, you will work closely with other staff of Taher Tree in the execution of the company’s plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of any discipline.
- Experience from 3-5 years at same position..
- Having a Previous solid experience preferably within the insurance, tourism, telecommunications, internet, industry or similar service industries (selling intangible products).
- Having an Outstanding record of corporate sales achievements.
- Having strong connections & active network (Data base & clients) in industrial Zones – especially HR managers in Factories & companies.
- Having a strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Very good command of English & Arabic language.
- Flexible to work outdoor the office up to 50% of daily working hours.
- Adaptable to new cultures & environments.
- Self-directed & self-motivated.
- Task oriented.
