Job Description
Main Duties:
- Managing and allocating maintenance team according to prepared plan and to cover emergency situations in maintenance and construction sites.
- Providing required technical support to maintenance team.
- Good user and trouble shooter for all HVAC equipment.
- Full awareness of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Awareness for pricing Maintenance projects and submitting quotations.
- Submit maintenance reports.
- Awareness of HVAC systems commissioning and start-up procedures.
- Awareness of testing and balancing requirements and procedures for HVAC system.
- Handing over of HVAC system after, testing, balancing, commissioning and start-up takes place, to the owner/ consultant.
Job Requirements
Major (Gradute):
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.
Qualifications:
- Full Awareness of All HVAC systems (DX-systems, Chiller water systems etc..) how they work and how to fix them.
- Full awareness of all HVAC components (Chillers, pumps, CTs, AHUs, CUs, FCUs, etc..) how they work and to fix them.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft office, Autocad, etc..)
- Good English language (reading, writing, spoken)
- Good Managerial skills.
- Good trouble shooting experience.
