Job Description
- Establish and execute the company’s financial strategy to ensure maximum profitability and ongoing cost reduction.
- Oversees the operations of the treasury department.
- Provide business plan reports, strategic, forecast plans, feasibility studies & analysis to identify & interpret financial & non-financial risks in order to enable management to improve existing performance in line with business objectives.
- Forecasts cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.
- Ensures that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
- Uses hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates on the company’s borrowings, as well as on its foreign exchange positions.
- Assists in determining the company’s proper capital structure.
- Arranges for equity and debt financing.
- Manages the preparation of the company’s budget.
- Engages in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement.
- Participates in target costing activities to create competitive pricing models.
- Perform financial performance evaluation for the organization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce
- Postgraduate study CPA /CA /CMA
- Must have 10+ years’ experience with at least three years in a similar managerial position, FMCG background.
- A thorough knowledge of governmental policies, regulations and laws affecting the work. A comprehensive knowledge of design and implementation of procedures and documentation.
- Excellent dealing with Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge in ERP – AX 2012.
- Excellent dealing with accounting, spreadsheets
