Job Description
- Analyzing distributor and end-customer needs and offer solutions to enable customers to view the company as a business partner,
- Developing new business targets and plan business development strategy.
- Developing and maintain excellent relationships with key accounts and prospective customers.
- Work on solving customer problems urgently ,Get as many orders as possible and increase the display space for the company's products.
- Skills to respond to customer objections and to ensure full satisfaction of the company's products.
- Achieving the objectives of selling and collecting monthly and annually. Full knowledge of the company's products marketed by the delegate.
- Follow up and collects customer debts and late amounts and report to managers to take actions to ensure the rights of the company according to the strategy of sales established.
- To increase market share by increasing the volume and growth of the company's sales.
- Search for new customers and connect with them and maintain strong relationships with them.
- Promote company products to existing customers, Get orders from customers.
- Ensure customers' satisfaction with the products and services provided. Continuous communication with the customer and good handling and product delivery in the best way
Job Requirements
- Strong work ethic, unquestionable integrity and a commitment to excellence
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, is preferred
- Willingness to travel , Possess organizational value for integrity, flexibility, professional and ethical behavior.
- 0-3 years of sales experience, preference who has experience at lubricants, additives, base automotive oils
- Age 22: 30 years
- College Degree – Very good English
- Have a car with a Valid driver’s license, Ability to identify new business opportunities, a high motivation to achieve personal and team goals, and a results oriented focus
