Job Description
- Overseeing the daily operations across the sites.
- Ensuring safe & efficient running of the sites.
- Operations & Maintenance - including equipment & staff.
- Project Management (plant upgrades, etc.).
- Training of staff to maximize output.
- Responds to emergency call-out situations and performs standby duty for response on weekends, off-hours and holidays according to predetermined schedule.
- Evaluates laboratory and operational plant data for making process control adjustments to maintain plant capacity.
Job Requirements
- BSc. in engineering (Electrical Control).
- 5+ years of experience, 2+ years supervisory experience.
- SCADA experience for central control unit operation.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Possess valid driver’s license.
- Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Practical hands on approach with good organizational skills.
