Job Description
- Ensure that all identified deviations are tracked.
- Review Deviation Investigation Reports from all departments to be evaluated and approved by Quality Assurance Manager.
- Participating on team to investigate deviations to determine appropriate root cause and CAPAs or may be responsible for CAPA resolution.
- Assure that Quality Management System complies with internal requirements (e.g. quality policy, company manual, SOPs, specifications, and other quality documents) and external national and international requirements (e.g. guidelines, standards, regulations, and laws).
- Assess implementation, effectiveness, efficiency, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
- Establishing and maintaining/managing the Marketing Authorization Holders (MAHs) pharmacovigilance (PV) system.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years experience as PV specialist (Pharmaceutical company background is preferable)
- Pharmacist is a must .
- Males & females are welcomed
