Job Description

  • Devising Plans to drive online traffic to the company website.
  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website and pages on social media websites.
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all E-Marketing campaigns and expenditures.
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in E-Marketing.
  • Measure and report performance of all E-Marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
  • Contributing to company and industry image by managing e-communications.
  • Communicate with HR department to draw employee image in websites and social media, and for advertising about the vacant position in the company.
  • Providing accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment for E-Marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for data and codes of products in Jumia and on the company website.
  • Utilizing a range of techniques including Pay-Per-Click Marketing.
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Managing launching and redesign of the company website.
  • Developing and managing E-Marketing campaigns.
  • Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
  • Responsible for collaborating with agencies and other E-vendor partners.
  • Provide continuous leadership, supervision, training, and development of department staff ensuring an effective and motivated team.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 5-7 years of related experience.
  • Good Retail marketing awareness.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
  • Fluent in English speaking, writing, and listening.
