Job Description

  • Handle all outgoing or incoming office communications (phone, e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Scheduling meetings and manage timetables.
  • Prepare invoices or financial statements.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Handle company confidential documents.
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Good knowledge of word , excel , power point , and internet.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Good experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skill.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
