- Handle all outgoing or incoming office communications (phone, e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Scheduling meetings and manage timetables.
- Prepare invoices or financial statements.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- Handle company confidential documents.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Good knowledge of word , excel , power point , and internet.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Good experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skill.
