Job Description
- Develop product/solution logic within an iterative development lifecycle
- Participate in detailed design/POCs phase along with the architecture team and the team leader
- Conduct and supervise unit-testing tasks and fix any defects which may arise
- Implement functional enhancements and application specifications to ensure a satisfactory level of both functional and nonfunctional requirements
- Responsible for assisting developers with complex technical challenges
- Transform the needs and wants of the clients into software designs, with other respected teams
- Responsible for performing peer reviews of all development artefacts
- Responsible for developing technical documentation
- Responsible for guiding, supervising and mentoring junior/senior developers on daily basis
- Responsible for handling all escalated problems
- Work closely with other teams to insure product/solution readiness for release
- Responsible for planning and distributing tasks among the team
- Responsible for the performance appraisal of the team members
Job Requirements
- B.SC. in computer science
- 3-5 years of experience in the same field
- GIS Knowledge is a plus
