Job Description
- Eager to learn New Technologies and work on many products
- Implement, Configure, troubleshoot Oracle products (Servers, Storage , Tape Libraries).
- Working on different UNIX platforms: Solaris, Linux (Redhat , Oracle Linux).
- Good experience/knowledge about Oracle virtualization VM server (Sparc, x86).
- SAN and NAS Implementation, Configuration and Troubleshooting.
- Solid knowledge about Oracle ZFS and FS1 storage.
- Solid knowledge about OS backup and recovery.
- Investigate, analyze and solve Customer Issues and Errors.
- Communicate with Oracle support to Fix Errors.
- Maintain high Level of support for customers.
- Oracle DB administration is strongly preferred.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science , Engineering or Information Technology.
- 2-5 years of system support specially Oracle.
- Oracle Solaris Certification is a strongly preferred.
- Excellent Knowledge of Oracle Solaris Zones, LDOMs and OVM.
- Good knowledge with system tuning.
- Strong Organizational skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
