We are looking for a fully Bilingual Arabic / English lawyer to join us in our Cairo office.
- The candidate will be working on Corporate law, Commercial Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Employment Law.
- Focusing on work, you will get the opportunity to turn your hand to a broad range of matters.
- Take part in corporate structuring, drafting of agreements, advising on a labor and other matters.
- The role will also involve managerial work, so experience in a similar role is essential.
