Job Description
Soft Egypt Mattress is hiring a Secretary.
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence maintaining diaries and arranging appointments typing, preparing and collating reports filing.
- Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)managing databases.
- Implementing new procedures and administrative systems liaising with relevant organizations and clients.
- Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks.
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal team and/or clients.
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
Job Requirements
- Microsoft office
- Familiar with secretary duties
- Customer service skills
- Presentable
- Multitask and able to work under pressure.
Work location: Tahrir Square Downtown
Working hours: 9 am - 5 pm
Social and medical insurance.
Days off: Friday
