Operations Manager

• Is a senior and highly responsible position in Doleep Studios managing the seamless flow of daily operations, identifying the inefficiencies in the existing operating system and suggesting improvements.
• Other than the traditional aspects of this position, operations manager will assume a leadership position in Doleep Studios Branch in Alexandria.
• Align the team with the vision and the core values of Doleep Studios
• Manage the day to day operations in reliable fashion while adhering to our core value - “excellence of content”
• Implement, improve and maintains the operational functions of the departments and pods while achieving effective and efficient service to the customers with a focus on quality, productivity, safety and loss prevention.
• Understand and implement our unique product process, objectives and the methodology of applying assessment of the team’s work
• Manage and enforce the daily operational tasks and deliverables
• Study and apply Doleep Studios company systems and process in the daily operations
• Train and ensure all assigned associates are aware of and comply with company, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Leverage continuous improvement methods to enhance productivity and process accuracy while maintaining a healthy work environment.
• Perform managerial functions, such as mentoring, coaching, administering performance assessments, conducting disciplinary actions and interviewing employment candidates.
