Job Description
- Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM system
- Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel
- Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers
- Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers
- Plan and manage multi-channel with customer
- Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs
- Track lead ,opportunities ,orders ,cases, and all transaction on CRM
- Assist with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers
- Review and select CRM software that meets our company’s needs
- Send a report to all departments about the transactions
Job Requirements
- English language
- Excellent user Microsoft office
- CRM 1-2 Year
- Proven work experience as a CRM or similar role
- Solid background in customer acquisition strategies
- Technical expertise with CRM or analytical systems
- Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
- Dealing with customer requests
- Military exemption
- Bachelor degree
- Age :25 - 27
- Men only
Working Hours: 8.30 HRS (from 9:00AM to 5:30PM)
Working Days: 5days/ week (Saturday & Friday are OFF)
