Job Description
- Manage a team of junior & mid – seniors’ designers to ensure all work produced meets clients brief and monthly calendar.
- Mentor all team members to ensure progression & improvement.
- Build a strong knowledge of the team capabilities, talents & tools knowledge.
- Participate in the creative team career growth plan and strategy along with the HR Manager.
- Ensure the finished work delivers the intended messages based on their knowledge of the clients and its customers.
- Working closely with the art director, operation & account management team to produce inventive, thoughtful and onboard work for the agency’s clients & to manage creative deliverables.
- Bringing multiple conceptual & design solutions for all assignments.
- Managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Maintaining a high quality of work at all times.
- Ensuring deadlines are met.
- Reporting to your manager on a timely basis.
