Job Description
- Discussing, forming and resolving the additional demands of documentation for the Legislation of Occupational Health and Safety OHSAS 18001.
- Discussing, forming and resolving the required amendments of documentation for OHSAS 18001.
- When necessary, calling the unit executives for meeting to ask their opinions on the additions and amendments of documentation.
- Discussing, forming and resolving the ideas on the enhancement of the effectiveness by checking the functioning of OHSAS 18001 and putting the resolutions into force, controlling the implementation and testing the efficacy.
- Discussing the results of the internal audits; inspecting the execution and finalization of corrective and preventive actions; ensuring the implementation of the additional corrective and preventive activities, considered as necessary.
- Discussing and resolving the corrective and preventive activities related to the customer complaints.
- Ensuring production of the annual quality plans; revising and put them into force.
- Ensuring the activities for the realization of the prepared annual quality plans and controlling efficacy of the plans.
- Preparing the EMS-OHSAS Manual of Company in compliance with the Energy, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Policy of ELİF; reviewing them at least once a year to determine and actualize the necessary revisions.
- Determining the needs for equipment and personnel to enhance the effectiveness of OHSAS 18001, and/or discussing and resolving the demands in this regard.
- Discussing, planning and implementing what to do to accomplish the company's policies and objectives.
- Performing studies to create sources for the Management Review Meetings to define new objectives.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of either one of Chemistry, Mechanical, Industrial and Business Engineering or Business Management Departments of one of the leading universities of the country
- Shall have worked in a similar position in the field of Quality Management for over 2-3 years.
- (S)He shall hold a Lead Auditor and/or Internal Auditor Certificate in his/her field.
- OHSE Specialist Certification from OHSE Institution is a must
- Shall be not older than 32 years
