Job Description
- Analyzing sales and gathering purchase requests from sales departments.
- Preparing purchase orders and production forecasts with foreign suppliers.
- Daily contact with foreign suppliers to follow up with incoming shipments.
- Following up suppliers accounts and settling payments.
- Negotiating best freight rates with freight forwarders.
- Daily contact with customs clearance agents to follow up clearance of shipments and delivery to warehouses.
- Looking for new product and supplier opportunities to add to the company portfolio.
Job Requirements
- BS of Business/Accounting/Economics/Finance.
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Effective communication skills.
- Well organized and good attention to details.
