Job Description
- Troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing IT hardware equipment (Desktops, Laptops, IP Phones, Access Points, Routers, Fingerprint, security cams & printers).
- Installing, configuring & supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Installing, Configure & Administrate Elastix VOIP System.
Job Requirements
- CCNA , CWNA or equivalent certificate ,
- Certified MSCA, MCSE and MCITP
- Solid understanding of PBX Call Center Elastix OS is a must.
