Job Description
- Setup / Troubleshoot / Repair / Upgrade desktop and laptop computers.
- Troubleshoot PC Hardware and Software
- Ensure that the workflow between all the servers is perfectly done
- Triaging and responding to calls and emails from employees and tickets generated by our soft wares.
- Utilizing our advanced documentation system to facilitate closing tickets and record keeping.
- Network User & Group security management.
Job Requirements
- 2 - 4 years experience in Technician role
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related subject
- Ability to adapt to situations involving clients with unique hardware and software requirements.
- Ability to participate in a support schedule that includes after hours and weekend support
- Ability to install new servers and integrate them into the current network
- Install / Configure / Support
- Windows 7/10 Professional environment
- Office 2013/2018
- Outlook 2013/2018
- Troubleshoot client networking issues (both LAN & WiFi)
- Good Knowledge of the following
- Microsoft IIS Servers
- VMware
- Linux
- Audio/video troubleshooting and support
- Internet security and data privacy principles
- Ability to travel to support our international offices.
- Work in Team Environment
- Ability to Follow Procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Support for Android and iOS devices
