Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare and post jobs Social Media/LinkedIn/webites
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Assist in other HR functions (20 – 40) % of work duties.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven recruiting experience, 2-3 years
- Excellent English Skills (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (,phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- HR Diploma is a must Or Deep HR self-study
