Job Description
- Inspect all raw materials supplied to the company.
- Supervision of the production operations in the slaughterhouse and quarries.
- Supervising for the storage conditions in the raw materials and warehouses, finished products.
- Supervising for the temperature of chilled storage areas,
- Supervising for the temperature of all the chilled vehicles.
- Review the purchase orders and make sure that what you purchased is identical to the description contained in the purchase order.
- Check all the carcasses and ensure that they conform to the Egyptian specifications.
- Supervision of the daily hygiene and cleaning process of the slaughterhouse, and the continuous cleaning and sterilization of the quarries.
- Final inspection of all finished products, ensuring that the final product meets the required specifications.
- Periodic reports of achievements, problems and failures to the Department.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor of Agriculture (Animal Production Department), Veterinary Medicine,
- 5 - 7years’ experience in the same field.
- Good handling of computer programs (Word - Excel, PowerPoint)
