Job Description
- Prepare entries & process payments for:
- General administration payment requests
- Claims and reclaims payment requests
- Commission for agency and conservation team
- Prepare tax payments and social insurance and withholding tax forms
- Responsible for filling process.
- Preparing monthly bank reconciliation.
- Provide external and internal auditors with needed samples
- Prepare fixed asset monthly transaction
- Handling petty cash payments
- Prepare GOE premises analysis and comments VS budget
