Responsibilities:
- Managing the customer's inquiries, complaints via phone.
- Work on the system & necessary tools to handle client's needs: this includes airline tickets, hotels, car hire and insurance.
- Communicate with hotels for reservation's confirmation, changes etc..
- Reach Client Satisfaction targets and quality standards.

Job Requirements
What We Are Looking For:
- You have at least 1-year experience in Sales or Customer service environment.
- You have completed at least secondary school education.
- You have the affinity for tourism and ticketing experience is a plus.
- You are fluent in French with basic English awareness.
- You are available 40 hours per week and flexible regarding scheduling.
- You have strong PC skills and good typing skills.
- You are a team player.
- You are organized accurate and professional.
- Amadeus Knowledge is a plus.
- You are enthusiastic, dynamic, you feel comfortable with communication through the phone.
- You can communicate clearly in written and spoken.
