Job Description

  • Ensure all premises always are appealing, clean, healthy and hygienic environment and to comply with corporate image and government regulations.
  • Implement a “customer first” culture within the Admin services team and the suppliers such that the requirements of the business and the people are anticipated and met
  • Manage all cleaning, pest control, stationary, buffet, filing, business cards and documentation across all branches to ensure efficient results and avail high standard service to the company premises.
  • Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
  • Develop periodical site visit plan for all subordinates to maintain sustainable administrative services.
  • Inspect Premises on regular basis to ensure compliance to the regulations and policies..
  • Follow up on issuance of governmental licenses and utility contracts to all ACT properties to ensure proper services to the locations.
  • Ensure objectives alignments for admin. Employees to ensure effective results.
  • Passionately communicate with different departments and resolving escalated problems.
  • Accurately develop all needed reports to be submitted to the direct manager.
  • Distinctively perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in any discipline.
  • 6 – 8 years' experience in the Administration operation; 3 years in a managerial Position.
  • Solid experience in administration field is a must.
  • Deep understanding of ISO Certificates is a plus.
  • Excellent Negotiation, Problem Solving, Communication, and leadership skills.
  • Very Good command of English language.
