Job Description
- Performs moderately difficult secretarial and clerical duties under direct supervision.
- Examples of work performed may include typing or word processing correspondence, memos, reports; setting up and maintaining files and record systems, sorting mail, greeting visitors, answering and routing telephone calls, or scheduling appointments.
- May operate photocopier, facsimile, or other office equipment.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the department this may include anything for arranging important conferences/ meetings with senior clients.
Job Requirements
- Experience from 1-3 years in the same position
- Good communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
