Job Description
For A leading Real Estate developer in Egypt
Sales Admin
- Preparing the Payment plan & Availability for the inventory .
- Tracking the sales request and identify the right channels
- Handling the sales conflict
- Marinating the Client Data base
- Managing the broker contract and reviewing the legal document
- Prepare the broker commission calculation
- Support the initial sales document “payment plan draft – availability “ Preparing the client Reservation agreement & collect the 1st down payment Cheque
- Updating clients database.
- Preparing reports for every dept. in the company ( sales, CRM, marketing etc..)
Job Requirements
- V.good English
- From 2 to 4 Years Experience Real-estate background is a must
- Bachelor's degree is a must
