Job Description

For A leading Real Estate developer in Egypt

Sales Admin

  • Preparing the Payment plan & Availability for the inventory .
  • Tracking the sales request and identify the right channels
  • Handling the sales conflict
  • Marinating the Client Data base
  • Managing the broker contract and reviewing the legal document
  • Prepare the broker commission calculation
  • Support the initial sales document “payment plan draft – availability “ Preparing the client Reservation agreement & collect the 1st down payment Cheque
  • Updating clients database.
  • Preparing reports for every dept. in the company ( sales, CRM, marketing etc..)

Job Requirements

  • V.good English
  • From 2 to 4 Years Experience Real-estate background is a must
  • Bachelor's degree is a must
