Plan, manage, and oversee all elements of production in our factory
Assess and analyze current production methods
Develop and draft an improved production process
Design and implement cost-reductive changes
Maximize productivity of machinery and workers
Follow product specifications and quality control measures
Review of design/shop drawings (IFR/External),
create Bill Of Materials (BOM) and issue for fabrication (either internally or external).
Register materials, issue of Purchase Orders (PO) and create job orders in ERP system (infor) complete with Bill of Materials (BOM), Operations (cutting and galvanization) and estimated man hours.
Assures product quality as per Inspection Test Procedure (ITP) at all stages; raw material inspection, during fabrication process at milestone stages and finished-product.
Keep daily records of all steel workshop personnel/activities, by issue the daily allocation sheet complete with project, job order(s), and item.
Prepares weekly/monthly fabrication reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
Keeps tools and equipment at optimum operational level by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer’s instructions and establish procedures; requesting special services.
Maintains product and company reputation by complying with the international codes, standards and customer specifications.
Vendors’ inspection and customer handover in-country and overseas.

BCs in Mechanical Engineering, Production department.
6-8 years work experiences at least last 4 years in steel fabrication.
Experiences with steel manufacturing procedures, ITP and QC aspects, e.g. cutting, turning, welding and relevant tests.
Good planning, negotiating, and organizing skills.
Team build skills and self-confident.
Good command of English language.
