Job Description

  • Propose products to customers registering thru mobile application and website
  • Close sales deals with customers requesting to book meeting or courses
  • Diffuse and define situations with existing satisfied and dissatisfied clients.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Keep records of clients’ interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions are taken.
  • Display the highest standards of service at all times.
  • Follow up on requests and complaints.
  • Recommend products or services based on clients’ needs.

Job Requirements

  • Very high communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Target driven and results orientated
  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field
