Job Description

Purpose:

  • Build relationship with customers and continuously find selling opportunities for the company’s agency products. Build strong relationships with key decision makers like, consultants, owners, contractors and other stakeholder in the selling chain.

Work Contacts:

Internal Contacts

  • Sales Director
  • Finance and HR departments.

External Contacts

  • Existing and new customers in all sectors.
  • Traders and distributors

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Increase sales volume and value of Lighting bulbs.
  • Identify and develop relationships with new customers at all levels, in order to develop awareness of the benefits of the products and services.
  • Visit existing and new customers regularly to develop and renew relationships to facilitate the expansion of Company’s trading portfolio throughout the market.
  • Pay attention to competitors and their activities within the market
  • Provide customers with quotations, develop action plans and facilitate the implementation plan.
  • Negotiate the terms of sales agreement and close the deal.
  • Inform the tenders` team with tenders` opportunities in his/her practice area.
  • Work closely with other divisions to find opportunities to cross sell.
  • Prepare daily/ weekly and monthly report.

Job Requirements

Who Is The Job Candidate?

Education:

  • Educated to degree level with an Engineering background.

Experience:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in switchgears market in Egypt.

Skills:

  • Relationships builder.
  • Good networking skills.
  • Good communication, planning, problem solving and
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of English Language.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM.
  • Relationships builder.
