Job Description
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets for upper Egypt , Alex and Delta regions.
- Maintaining and increasing the sales of company's products.
- Reaching the targets and goals set
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding company's customer base.
- Servicing the needs of existing customers.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Recruiting and training sales staff.
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole.
- Allocating areas to sales representatives.
- Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
- Possibly dealing with some major customers accounts.
