Job Description

  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets for upper Egypt , Alex and Delta regions.
  • Maintaining and increasing the sales of company's products.
  • Reaching the targets and goals set
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding company's customer base.
  • Servicing the needs of existing customers.
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
  • Recruiting and training sales staff.
  • Setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole.
  • Allocating areas to sales representatives.
  • Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
  • Possibly dealing with some major customers accounts.
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research.
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

Job Requirements

  • Having work experience in Upper Egypt and Delta regions.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Good business sense.
  • The ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Initiative and enthusiasm.
