Job Description
- Create images that creatively convey a message
- Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and social media platforms
- Create designs either by hand or using computer software packages
- Select colors, images, text style, and layout
- Incorporate changes recommended by management into the final design
- Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
- Create PowerPoint templates
- Design graphics, banners and other Web images to be a part of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Effectively designs in a clean, well-structured, easily maintainable format
- Utilizes wire framing and graphic sketches where appropriate
- Contribute to conceptualizing campaigns and activations from a creative perspective
- Help create guidelines and creative identities where needed
- Ensure digital/social best practices are applied and brand guidelines are followed
- Pro-actively suggest creative content / designs based on solid understanding of strategic objectives
Job Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field
- Minimum 6-8 years’ prior experience in a digital agency or equivalent
- Social Media background is a must.
- Experience working on Adobe Illustration - Photoshop - InDesign
- Experience in motion graphics, animation, and/or video editing is a plus
- Enthusiastic about social media and experience using social media platforms
- Able to meet deadlines and follow internal processes
- Able to work under pressure
- Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and team-oriented
