Job Description
- Good Knowledge of companies orientated environment
- Good knowledge of Server and PC operating systems - such as Windows server 2012, PC operating systems such as Windows 7, 8, 10
- Knowledge of Network systems administration MCSA Preferred.
- Working knowledge of LAN and WAN topologies and architecture CCNA OR CCNP Preferred.
- Knowledge of Network security CCNA Security preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange and File server
- Relevant technical experience
- Ability to liaise with employees in an emphatic and technically effective manner
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide advice to non-technically aware employees.
- Excellent telephone and E-mail manner
- Ability to work well within a team as well as on own
