Job Description
- Assist in providing quality, engaging training to employees.
- Adhere to and assist in developing the training plan.
- Identify training and development needs throughout the hotel in conjunction with trainers, the Human Resources team and the Training Manager
- Assist trainers in achieving training objectives and provide a review on a monthly bases
- Prepare, organize, administrate and assist in conducting off training course
- Ensure new team members have attended all mandatory brand and departmental training programs, including all training requirements dictated by local law
- Hold monthly departmental meetings with departmental trainers to ensure training needs are reviewed and addressed in a timely fashion.
- Keep records of trainings, communicate the training results to the departments and offer guidance for training
- Assist in planning orientation trainings and deliver these training according to the plan
- Update training manuals.
- Create training presentations and new training sessions
- Inform and communicate with hotel colleagues concerning the implementation of the monthly or annual training calendars.
- Obtain employees’ feedback about training needs
- Create positive working environment by building morale in the Presenting staff.
- Maintain a favourable working relationship with all Rixos Hotels employees to achieve a harmonious working climate that maximizes morale, productivity, and efficiency.

- Does not disclose information, in awareness of the confidentiality that the department require
- Assist in preparation the certificates for employees that have received training.
- Inform the department manager for all matter
- Is aware that all private or departmental information inside or outside of the department must not be disclosed outside of the department
- Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.
Job Requirements
- Education: B.A in any field – University diploma.
- Experience: At least 1-3 years of related work experience or 1 year work experience in a lower position and experience with applying the main principles and/or different me
- Foreign Language: Knowledge of English and Arabic to communicate effectively with employee Any other additional language is a plus.
- Courses and Training: Sufficient theoretical and practical background and prior attendance in courses and seminars in the related fie
- Computer Literacy: MS Office application
