Job Description
- Effectively captures stakeholder needs and business value through engagement and analytical data
- Converting business requirements to functional & technical requirements to be communicated to the related teams
- Documentation (UML) Diagrams - Charts .. etc
- Refines user personas and understanding the ideal solutions to their problems
- Defines the solutions for validated and known market problems by writing user stories and maintaining a product backlog
- Defines & monitor the release plan of the product.
- Determines and assigns product tasks to technical and non-technical employees.
- Leads the planning and delivery of features for each product release to execute the business plan for their products
- Writes the user acceptance test cases and defines acceptance criteria of stories
- Daily/Monthly Planning and progress reports.
- Generate & share KPIs on release/sprint level.
- Takes corrective actions to ensure release progress.
- Takes immediate actions to handle dependencies for smooth progress of work.
- Collaborates closely with Scrum teams to plan and execute sprints/releases.
- Gathering and prioritizing the enhancement requests from the different teams and clients, working closely with the technical, design, business and senior management teams to ensure that goals are met.
- Works within or proposes changes to target resource allocations for their respective team(s)
- Participates in product events: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups and; Demos
- Leads & Plans the deployment activities of product
- Leads the implementation teams in implementing the product at client sites
- Handover the business for implementation team, newcomers and other product owners.
- Managing the products full development cycle, and make sure that all the timelines are met.
- Prepare demos & presentations to stakeholders
- Lead the assigned UX team to prepare needed wireframes for the stories
Job Requirements
- Very good experience in requirements analysis.
- Very good experience in analysis techniques (Interviewing, Questionnaires, Prototyping, Workshops…etc.).
- Good Experience in Prototyping software.
- Very good experience in dealing with high-class customers before and after deals.
- Good Experience in Software Project Management tool (Phabricator preferred).
- Good Experience in CRM and ERP systems (ERPNext preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Linux systems.
- Very Good English Language( Spoken & Written).
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Very good experience in Business Analysis Plan.
- Very good experience in Current State Analysis.
- Very good experience in Functional & Non-Functional requirements analysis and definition including SRS, Use Cases and etc.
- Visionary & Creative thinking.
- Basic knowledge of Front-End development is a great plus.
